Home AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, when it may be sent to third-party services, and what choices you have when using our mobile application.
Home AI does not require users to create an account. When you use the app, we may process the following information only as needed to provide the app's features:
Please avoid uploading images that contain sensitive personal information unless you want that information to be processed as part of the requested design result.
Home AI allows users to upload photos of rooms, interiors, building exteriors, or related spaces to generate AI-powered interior design, exterior design, renovation, decoration, and virtual staging concepts.
To provide these features, the app may send the selected image, selected room type, style, prompt, staging preference, generation settings, and device identifier to our backend service and third-party AI processing providers, including Google Gemini where applicable.
These services process the submitted data only to generate the requested design output, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot processing failures, prevent abuse, and provide the app functionality requested by the user. We do not sell user-uploaded images, prompts, generated outputs, or device identifiers.
We do not permit third-party AI processing providers to use user-uploaded room images or generated design results for advertising, tracking, profiling, sale, or user identification.
Home AI is designed for room, interior, exterior, and home design images. However, a user-uploaded image may accidentally or intentionally contain a person, a face, personal belongings, addresses, documents, or other identifiable visual information.
We do not collect biometric face data. We do not create, extract, store, or use face geometry, face landmarks, face templates, face embeddings, Face ID data, or any data used to identify or authenticate a person.
If an uploaded room or home image contains a person or face, that visual information is processed only as part of the image submitted for the requested design generation. It is not used for identification, authentication, advertising, tracking, profiling, or sale.
Uploaded images, design preferences, generation settings, and generated outputs may be retained as needed to provide the requested result, show the user's before-and-after design history, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Generated records may include the generated design output and the related source or before image so the user can view, compare, download, share, or delete the result from the app. These records are retained until the user deletes them from the app or until they are no longer needed to provide the service.
When a user deletes an image or generated design from the app, we request deletion of the associated stored source image, generated output, and related record from our active systems. Limited copies may remain in backups, logs, or security records for up to 30 days when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.
Users choose whether to upload or select an image. The app does not access a user's photo library unless the user grants system permission and selects an image. Before using image-based AI features, users should understand that selected images and generation settings may be sent to our backend and third-party AI processing providers, including Google Gemini where applicable, to create the requested result.
Users can choose not to upload an image, avoid uploading images that include people or sensitive personal information, and delete generated records from their in-app history where this feature is available.
We may use third-party tools for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, app performance, attribution, or advertising measurement. These tools may collect technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, crash logs, app interactions, and identifiers used for measurement.
These tools are used to improve app performance, stability, and user experience. They do not receive user-uploaded room images or generated design results from us unless expressly stated in this policy.
Home AI may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, credits, or premium features. Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play. We do not have access to your full payment card or billing information.
Home AI is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes, we may notify users through an app update, in-app notice, or this page.
