Remi AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, when it may be sent to third-party services, and what choices you have when using our mobile application.
Remi AI does not require users to create an account. When you use the app, we may process the following information only as needed to provide the app's features:
Please avoid uploading images or entering prompts that contain sensitive personal information unless you want that information to be processed as part of the requested AI result.
Remi AI uses AI processing to transform user-provided photos, dream descriptions, story prompts, selected styles, and generation preferences into visual stories, illustrated content, or AI-generated image results.
To provide these features, the app may send the selected photo or image, text prompt, dream description, selected style, generation settings, and device identifier to our backend service and third-party AI processing providers, including Google Gemini where applicable.
These services process the submitted data only to generate the requested output, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot processing failures, prevent abuse, and provide the app functionality requested by the user. We do not sell your photos, prompts, dream descriptions, generated outputs, or device identifiers.
We do not permit third-party AI processing providers to use user-uploaded photos, prompts, dream descriptions, or generated outputs for advertising, tracking, profiling, sale, or user identification.
Remi AI may allow users to upload or select photos in order to create AI dream visuals, image transformations, illustrated stories, or other AI-generated results. These photos may contain a user's face or other identifiable visual information.
We do not collect biometric face data. We do not create, extract, store, or use face geometry, face landmarks, face templates, face embeddings, Face ID data, or any data used to identify or authenticate a person.
Uploaded photos, including photos that may contain faces, are used only to provide the requested AI generation result. When a user starts a photo-based AI request, the selected photo may be sent to our secure backend and then to third-party AI processing providers, including Google Gemini where applicable, for the sole purpose of generating the requested output. The request may also include the selected style, prompt, dream description, generation settings, and a device identifier required to deliver the feature.
Face-containing photos are not used for user identification, authentication, advertising, tracking, profiling, or sale. We do not sell face data or user photos.
Uploaded photos, dream descriptions, prompts, generation settings, and generated outputs may be retained as needed to provide the requested result, show the user's generation history, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Generated records may include the generated output and, where needed to show the result in the user's history, the related source or before image and submitted prompt. These records are retained until the user deletes them from the app or until they are no longer needed to provide the service.
When a user deletes a generated item from the app, we request deletion of the associated stored image, source or before image, prompt, generated output, and related record from our active systems. Limited copies may remain in backups, logs, or security records for up to 30 days when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.
Users choose whether to upload or select a photo and whether to enter a dream description or prompt. The app does not access a user's photo library unless the user grants system permission and selects a photo. Before using photo-based AI features, users should understand that selected photos and generation settings may be sent to our backend and third-party AI processing providers, including Google Gemini where applicable, to create the requested result.
Users can choose not to upload a photo, avoid including sensitive personal information in images or prompts, and delete generated records from their in-app history where this feature is available.
We may use third-party tools for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, app performance, attribution, or advertising measurement. These tools may collect technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, crash logs, app interactions, and identifiers used for measurement.
These tools are used to improve app performance, stability, and user experience. They do not receive user-uploaded photos, dream descriptions, prompts, or generated AI content from us unless expressly stated in this policy.
Remi AI may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, credits, or premium features. Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play. We do not have access to your full payment card or billing information.
Remi AI is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes, we may notify users through an app update, in-app notice, or this page.
